Sanjana Sanghi was born for the movies. The actress was first seen playing Nargis Fakhri’s sister in Rockstar and then made her proper debut with Dil Bechara in 2020 opposite the late Sushant Singh Rajput. Today the actress is confident about herself and ready to face more challenges at the movies.
Sanjana Sanghi opens up about her journey ahead in Bollywood and how this is the best time to be an actor with E Times. The young actress said, “I was discussing this with my colleagues recently. I believe that there could have been no better time for one to be an actor than now. When I watch the shows and movies that are being made right now, I feel proud that we have achieved such a huge development, such a huge change in this industry. There is so much brilliance around me that I feel motivated to do even better.”
Sanjana will be next seen in Om opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. The actress is not just excited about her upcoming film but also looking forward to playing different characters and take her journey ahead with challenging roles. She said, “Today, all I want to do is look around and feel great that someone nailed a difficult role with a great degree of nuance and finesse. It just means all this content and all such roles are being written, and it’s possible that actors can have so many options to choose from. Braver stories, path-breaking ideas and new styles of execution are all being brought in and being accepted by the audience. It’s a great change. In the last year alone, we have seen so many wonderful, and delightfully different shows and films. It’s a sign that we are artistically advancing and we are open to narrating so many different kinds of stories. I love everything about this phase.”
