Monsoon is almost here and you are probably waiting to eat all the wonderful things we usually do during the season. From different kinds of chai to hot samosas and fritters, there is no end to the delicious delight that monsoon offers us. With that being said, it might be easy to get carried away with these oily and sometimes unhealthy foods during the wet season so we have to remind ourselves to eat or drink a bit healthy.

So we made it our job to let you know some tasty and healthy smoothie recipes we found. We tried them all and it is safe to say that we are planning to add them to our diet as often as possible.

Simple Hot Green Smoothie

You can kickstart your morning with this simple smoothie recipe that is also nutritious in a lot of ways.

What you need to make this smoothie:

30g Kale (called parattai keerai in Tamil, Karab Saag in Hindi) 1 sweet Apple
2 seedless dates
1 cup of brewed green tea (Hot or Warm) How to make this smoothie:
Put kale, chopped apple, and dates into your blender or smoothie maker. Add a small amount of cold water and a small amount of green tea and

blend for about 2 to 3 minutes. Or you can blend until the dates and kale are completely smooth and drinkable. Pour the blended smoothie into a cup and add the remaining green tea. Mix and enjoy!

Easy Fruity Smoothie

A healthy smoothie recipe to start your day with refresh and energetic vibes.

What you need to make this smoothie:

1 peeled and chopped mango 1 peeled and chopped Banana 1 cup of Orange juice (Fresh)
1 cup of nonfat yogurt (vanilla flavored preferred) How to make this smoothie:
Put all the ingredients into a blender or a smoothie maker and blend until there aren’t any chunks. Pour the smoothie into glasses and drink freshly.

Note: If you couldn’t find a vanilla-flavored yogurt but you want to add a bit more sweetness, you can add 1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar.

Delicious Cherry Smoothie

Because we do not eat watery fruits during the monsoon season, we added this smoothie recipe to increase your fruit intake deliciously and healthily.

What you need to make this smoothie:

1 cup of nonfat milk
1 frozen banana (medium preferred) Half cup of sweet, frozen cherries
¾ cup of low-fat yoghurt or vanilla yoghurt How to make this smoothie:
Put the frozen banana and milk into a blender or a smoothie maker and blend it until it is smooth. After that, add the cherries and yoghurt and blend again. Pour into a glass and have a blast.
