Cinnamon

For diabetic patients, one gram of fenugreek seeds per day can be extremely beneficial.

Garlic

Garlic improves heart health and regulates blood pressure. It helps in reducing the cholesterol level in our body and keeps us away from several diseases. It is often mixed with foods to increase its taste.
