SINGAPORE SLING (SINGAPORE)

Experience the exotic flavors of Singapore with the Singapore Sling. This tropical and fruity cocktail is a harmonious blend of Tenjaku Gin, cherry brandy, and citrus notes, offering a taste of Southeast Asian paradise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Tenjaku Gin
  • 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Cointreau (Orange Liqueur)
  • 1/4 oz Bénédictine
  • 4 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • A dash of Angostura bitters

Method:

  • In a chilled shaker, add Tenjaku Gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Bénédictine, fresh pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • Shake continuously for about 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Add a dash of Angostura bitters on top. This will give the cocktail a nice aroma and a touch of complexity.
  • Garnish your cocktail with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick.

MAI TAI (UNITED STATES)

The Mai Tai, a tiki classic, offers a taste of tropical paradise with the harmonious blend of Viva El Ron White Rum, Cointreau, and orgeat syrup, making it a refreshing choice on a sunny day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Viva El Ron White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau (Orange Liqueur)

  • 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup

Method:

  • In a chilled shaker, add Viva El Ron White Rum, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup.
  • Shake it well for about 10-15 seconds
  • Fill a Tiki Mug or a similar fun and exotic glass with crushed ice.
  • Strain the cocktail into the glass over the crushed ice.
  • Garnish your cocktail with a lime wheel, a fresh mint sprig, and a colorful cocktail umbrella for a tropical touch.

IRISH COFFEE (IRELAND)

Warm your soul with the classic Irish Coffee. This iconic blend of Bushmills Original Irish whiskey, hot coffee, and sweet brown sugar syrup, crowned with whipped cream, is a comforting sipper hailing from the Emerald Isle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Brown Sugar syrup (made by dissolving brown sugar in hot water)
  • 4 oz Hot brewed coffee
  • Fresh whipped cream

Method:

  • Preheat an Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water, then empty it.
  • Pour the Bushmills Original Irish whiskey and brown sugar syrup into the warmed glass.
  • Add the hot brewed coffee and stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Carefully layer a generous dollop of freshly whipped cream on top of the coffee. You can use the back of a spoon to help float the cream on the surface.
  • Optionally, lightly grate some fresh nutmeg on top of the whipped cream for added aroma and flavor.

JAPANESE YUZU MARGARITA (JAPAN)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz 1800 Blanco Tequila

Method:
