Here are five smoothies that you can have to cleanse your stomach-

Apple smoothies

We all know apples are a great source of nutrients. It has a high amount of fibre and antioxidants, which can prevent indigestion and flatulence. It helps against constipation as well. Make sure to not peel the fruit; just blend it with dates and yoghurt. You can consume it daily.

Vegetable smoothie

To make yourself a healthy glass of vegetable smoothie, make sure to boil all the high-fibre vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, tomato, carrot, bottle gourd, bitter gourd and beetroot. Blend them and add salt, chat masala, and black salt. The smoothie will be rich in fibre, iron, protein and vitamins.

Lemon Sattu smoothie

Sattu or roasted gram flour is rich in protein. Not only does it help with digestion, but it also aids in weight management. To make the smoothie, take 3 to 4 tablespoons of sattu in a glass and whisk it well. Then add salt, lemon and a pinch of red chilli powder. You can top it off with ice.

Cucumber – lemon– orange smoothie

If you are already facing stomach-related problems, then have a glass of this smoothie. For this, you will need to peel the cucumbers and oranges. Chop them into pieces. Then add water and lemon juice to it. You can add a teaspoon of honey, if you want.

Spinach – Pineapple smoothie

This green smoothie not only tastes refreshing but it is packed with vital nutrients. Add a few leaves of spinach, cucumber slices and chopped pieces of pineapple. Blend this along with Chia seeds and drink it every morning.
