A festive diet involves consuming a lot of carbs. As tempting as the idea of a Christmas feast may sound but we should not forget that it is accompanied by tons of carbs.

Turmeric

This spice is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can be added to dishes. It can also be consumed as a golden milk to detoxify the liver, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being.
