Fruit Blast Overnight Oatmeal Recipes For Breakfast

Oats are often considered healthy given the fact that they are high in fibre and contain multiple nutrients to give you energy. Although oats are relatively known for their usage in creating breakfast they can also be cooked for various items such as sweets, and sides for dinner.

Leaving oats overnight with mixtures of fruits, milk and other ingredients gives a convenient and healthy breakfast option. One perk about overnight oatmeal recipes is that it can last up to 5 days in an air-tight container.

Maple Pecan Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of oats
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Chopped pomegranate seeds and pecans

Instructions

  • Mix all your wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk well
  • Add the oats to the mixture and stir well again
  • Put the mixture into a mason jar leaving some room to expand overnight
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
  • Remove from refrigerator, top with chopped pecans and pomegranate seed and enjoy!

Banana Overnight oats

Ingredient

  • 1 banana
  • 5 nos almonds
  • 5 nos cashew
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Oats
  • ½ cup of milk

Method

  • Mash the banana
  • Chopped nuts
  • Drizzle some honey
  • And sprinkle cinnamon
  • Mix all the ingredients well with milk in a bowl
  • Leave it overnight in a fridge

Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredient

  • Oats
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax
  • Strawberry
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Milk
  • Honey

Method

  • Divide oats, chia seeds and flax into two portions
  • In a mason jar, layer oats, chia seeds and flax one after another
  • Stir well the three ingredients
  • Sprinkle cinnamon powder once you top them with strawberry
  • Layer the second half of the oats, chia seeds and flax
  • And finish it off with remaining berries and cinnamon powder
  • Drizzle honey and lock the Berry Blast Overnight Oats with milk
  • Refrigerate it overnight before serving

Tropical Paradise Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped mango
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp unsweetened coconut
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • Toast the oats on a baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes
  • Combine everything in a jar, shake it up, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with almonds and coconut flakes in the morning,
  • And your oats are ready!
