10 Tips To Beat Body Odour And Stay Fresh This Summer

As the summer heat approaches, many are faced with the challenge of staying cool and odour-free and avoid to move out of the fan and AC. Sweating is a natural way for the body to regulate temperature, but for some, it can lead to unpleasant body odours due to bacterial growth. This can be especially embarrassing and uncomfortable, particularly for those who work outdoors or are active throughout the day and even applying deodorant or perfume does not provide relief from the bad smell.

To combat body odour and stay fresh during the summer season, here are some tips to keep away the smell of sweat:

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar with water in a bottle and spray it on sweat-prone areas to keep away odour.

Rubbing Alcohol:

If your shoes tend to smell, apply rubbing alcohol inside them to eliminate odour. Do not spray it directly on the skin.

Avoid Repeating Clothes:

If there is a smell from your armpit, then always wear a washed shirt or t-shirt. Do not repeatedly wear your clothes without washing them, to prevent the buildup of odor-causing bacteria.
