Warm Water Bath
It might be tempting to take long and hot showers in winter. But it can strip your skin of moisture and necessary oils causing further damage. Moisturise with coconut water
Coconut oil is a natural emollient that helps retain moisture and repair the skin barrier. You can apply coconut oil after a shower to lock in hydration, when the skin is still slightly damp. Its antibacterial properties also help protect the skin from infections caused by dryness.
Honey and Milk Mask

Oatmeal Bath
