To avoid breakouts in the outer ear, apply this lotion to those areas as well. Moisturisation of the skin reduces irritation and keeps the ears healthy.
Don’t Clean Ears Regularly: Although it is important to maintain ear hygiene, excessive cleaning depletes the natural oil in the ears and makes us uncomfortable. Gently clean the outside of the ears. Do not insert any object into the ear to clean it. Only then will there be no damage to the natural barriers inside the ears and the risk of winter earache will be reduced.
Consult a Doctor in case of Severe Pain: Colds and respiratory problems that come in winter can aggravate ear pain. If you have a stuffy or runny nose, get treatment right away to prevent an ear infection. Drink plenty of water and sleep well to relieve symptoms. If problems persist, consult a doctor right away.
