  4. Fruits like blueberries and strawberries are known for their antioxidant and potential anti-inflammatory properties. Consuming a few of these berries in the morning can help to control uric acid levels. It can be consumed fresh or in smoothies.
  5. When talking about antioxidant properties, celery is also known for being rich in various antioxidants and also possesses anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Consuming celery can help in reducing inflammation associated with gout or kidney diseases.
  6. Many also believe that consuming apple cider vinegar in the morning is beneficial for overall health and also helps to reduce uric acid levels. In that case, you can take a large glass of water with one tablespoon of raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach in the morning.
