  • Place your hands on either side of the body in a way that your palms are facing the ground.
  • Hold onto this position for about 3-5 minutes and then release.

  • Sit straight on a yoga mat by keeping your leg extended in front of you.
  • Place both your hands on either side of the body and then fold your left leg in front of you.
  • Bring your right foot in front of your left knee.
  • Twist your upper body and bring your left arm across the right knee.
  • Hold this position for about 2 minutes and then release.
