Ingredients
1. 1 cup corn flour
2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4. 2-3 tablespoons of oil
5. A pinch of turmeric
6. Salt

Step 1: Take a big bowl, mix corn flour, whole wheat flour, black pepper, turmeric, salt and oil and then gradually add water and mix everything to make a smooth dough.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees if you have one. For those who do not have an oven, heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, divide the dough into equal portions.
Step 3: Now, gently roll each portion and cut it into triangles. Or rub it like a large chapati and cut it into triangles with a knife. Place them evenly on a baking tray while they are in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they turn golden and crisp. While frying in oil, keep it on medium heat and fry patiently till golden brown.
Step 4: Then put it on paper or tissue, drain the oil and keep it in a container. It will surely become a favourite snack for kids.
