JAMESON BOULEVARDIER:

30ml Jameson Black Barrel

30ml Red Vermouth

30ml Bitter Aperitif

Method:

Pour Jameson Black Barrel and other ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.

Mix ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass.

Garnish with lemon zest.

MALFY PALOMA:

60ml Malfy Con Limone

90ml Grapefruit Juice

20ml Simple Syrup

60ml Seltzer/Soda Water

Ice cubes

Garnish: Grapefruit Slice/Rosemary Sprig

Method:

Shake Malfy Con Limone, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.

Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with seltzer/soda.

Garnish with grapefruit slice or rosemary sprig.

BEEFEATER PINKLET

50ml Beefeater Pink Strawberry

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

10ml Sugar

Method:

Shaken, served straight.

Garnish with a strawberry.

LILLET AND TONIC:

Pour Lillet into a tall wine glass full of ice cubes.

Add your choice of bubbles (sparkling water, sparkling wine, or sparkling lemonade).

Add Garnish: Berries, Cucumber, Citrus Wedge, Mint, Basil, or Thyme.

50ml Glenmorangie Original

50ml Espresso

50ml Spiced Pumpkin Syrup

100ml Hot Milk

Method:

50ml Don Julio Blanco

20ml Monin Grapefruit Syrup

Method:

45ml Wee Beastie

15ml Lemon Juice

30ml Pineapple Juice

15ml Turmeric & Cumin Syrup

1 Egg White

60ml Olipop Ginger Lemon Soda

Method:

Shake all liquid ingredients (except soda) before adding ice.

Shake for dilution with ice.

Fine strain into a Collins glass rinsed with Absinthe.

Fill with soda.

Garnish with 3 drops Peychaud’s bitters.

MOËT & CHANDON JOIE D’HIVER:

90ml Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut

7.5ml Cherry Brandy

12.5ml Orange Liqueur

22.5ml Mulled Spice Liqueur

10ml Lemon Juice

Method:

Mix all ingredients (except champagne) over ice to chill.

Strain into a champagne glass.

Top up with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

Garnish with redcurrant stems and lemon thyme.

FRENCH 75

15ml Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

25ml London Dry Gin

75ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial

Method:

Shake lemon juice, syrup, and gin together in a shaker.

Strain into a highball glass.

Top with champagne.

Garnish with lemon zest or a slice.

THE MACALLAN SOUR SERVE:

40ml The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old

20ml Lemon Juice

10ml Brown Sugar Syrup

Egg White

Oloroso Sherry Float

Method:

Shake all ingredients (except sherry) in an iced-filled shaker.

Strain into a glass over ice.

Slowly layer the sherry over the top using a bar spoon.

THE FAMOUS GROUSE HOT TODDY:

50ml The Famous Grouse

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Honey Syrup

2 dashes Bitters

Hot Water

Orange Twist

Cinnamon Stick

Method:

Use a heat-resistant glass.

Add The Famous Grouse, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters.

Top with hot water.

40ml Hennessy V.S.O.P

5ml Simple Syrup

15ml Chivas XV

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Sugar Cube

Top with Champagne

Method:

Drop sugar cube into a champagne flute.

Add Angostura bitters on top.

Add Chivas XV.

Top with champagne and serve.
