Toki Suntory Whisky (15ml)
Campari (15ml)
Sweet Vermouth (15ml)
Ice cubes, Clear Block Ice
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method
Infuse roasted coconut and pandan leaves with whisky overnight in the freezer. Strain through muslin. Combine infused whisky, Campari, and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain over block ice in a rock glass, and garnish with orange peel.
