Kabir Bedi has poured his heart out in his book, ‘Stories I Must Tell: The Emotional Journey of an Actor’. The actor has extensively spoken about his personal life and his relationship with Parveen Babi. The evergreen actor has been charming women all his life and has been married four times.
Kabir Bedi tied the knot with Protima Bedi in 1969 and the couple parted ways in 1977. Kabir Bedi then married British fashion designer Susan Humphreys and their marriage also ended in a bitter separation. TV and radio presenter Nikki Bedi was Kabir Bedi’s third wife, their marriage ended in 2005 with a divorce. At 70, Kabir Bedi married Parveen Dusanj, they have an age gap of 29 years. Interestingly, Parveen is younger than Kabir Bedi’s daughter Pooja Bedi.
In his memoir, Kabir Bedi opened up about his relationship with his former wife, late Protima Bedi and revealed that being in an open marriage with her was initially great but later it only caused him anxiety. The veteran actor expressed that he didn’t feel the love that he wanted. Kabir has also revealed that he was feeling alone, empty and dejected and it was Parveen Babi who filled that void.
