Oats are often considered healthy given the fact that they are high in fibre and contain multiple nutrients to give you energy. Although oats are relatively known for their usage in creating breakfast they can also be cooked for various items such as sweets, and sides for dinner.
Leaving oats overnight with mixtures of fruits, milk and other ingredients gives a convenient and healthy breakfast option. One perk about overnight oatmeal recipes is that it can last up to 5 days in an air-tight container.
