Oat Milk
What you need to make this vegan milk:
One cup or 80 grams of rolled oats Four cups of cold water
One teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional) Just a pinch of salt (optional)
How to make this vegan milk:
First, soak the oats in water for about 20 to 30 minutes. After that, drain and rinse the oats once. Then, add the soaked oats, mentioned amount of water, salt if you’d like and vanilla extract if you want into the blender. Blend them until smooth or for about 30 seconds.
Strain the oats mixture in a good strainer, a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth. You can strain it twice to make sure there is no sediment left.
Store this vegan milk in a sealed or airtight container in the fridge.
Almond Milk
What you need to make this plant-based milk:
One cup or 150grams of Almonds Four cups of cold water
Any sweetener like vanilla extract if you want
How to make this plant-based milk:
Soak the almonds overnight. Drain the water and rinse the soaked almonds once. Now put the soaked almonds, four cups of cold water and any sweetener if you want into the blender. Blend for a couple of minutes or until it is creamy enough for you.
Now strain the milk with a cheesecloth or a strainer or a nut milk bag. You can store it in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days in the fridge.
Cashew Milk
How to make this plant-based milk:
One cup or 130 grams of cashews Four cups of cold water
Some sweeteners like honey, dates etc if you want
How to make this plant-based milk:
Soak the raw cashews overnight, strain and rinse them after. Then add all the ingredients with soaked cashews into the blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the milk using the mentioned things in the above recipes and keep them in the fridge. You can store it in a good airtight bottle or container for about 3 to 4 days.
Soy Milk
What you need to make this vegan milk:
80grams of dried soybeans Four cups of cold water
And sweeteners like vanilla extract (optional)
How to make this vegan milk:
Soak the soybean for about 12 hours or overnight. And strain and rinse them after. And the soaked soybeans and 4 cups of water into the blender and blend well. Strain the milk using any straining things mentioned in the above recipes.
Pour this raw milk into a pan and add a cup of water. Bring the mixture to boil once and continuously stir it for about 20 minutes after that. Let the milk cool down completely and if you want you can add the sweeteners in this stage. You can blend it again to make sure the sweeteners are mixed well with the milk.
Pour the milk into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for about 4 to 5 days.
