  • 1 cup makhana (lotus seeds)
  • ½ cup soaked almonds
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 glass milk
  • 4–5 drops vanilla essence
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 4 teaspoons coconut oil

Steps To Make Chocolate Bar Ice Cream At Home

  1. First, soak the almonds and makhana in milk for 20 minutes.
  2. After soaking, blend them together in a mixer.
  3. Add milk powder, honey, and vanilla essence, and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour this mixture into ice cream moulds, insert sticks, and freeze for 12 hours.
  5. Next, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil by heating it in the microwave for 1 minute.
  6. Once the chocolate is melted, remove the ice cream from the freezer, dip it in the chocolate, and place it back in the fridge for another half hour. Once the chocolate has hardened, the ice cream is ready to serve.
