Holding hands

The best way to make your partner feel secure is by cuddling. Oxytocin levels rise due to cuddling and levels of stress are reduced. This has a very good impact on your blood pressure as well as condition of the heart. The tickly sensation a woman experiences when hugged by her partner from the back is due to the release of oxytocin.

Listening

Often understated, this is often one of the most important features that can make your relationship healthy. Particularly in the stressful days, your partner needs someone to unburden their feelings. Suitable advice after he or she is done is also needed.

Fondling

Little gestures such as playing around with your partner’s hair, keeping your hands on his shoulders, running a hand through the back or neck, or any other. Your skin sends good signals to the brain that make you happy after being touched. Your faith in the relationship is reaffirmed and this makes you optimistic about being together. So, keep such fondling coming.

Surprises

If your partner has been surprising you every now and then with sweet gestures such as leaving a love note in your folder, or simply calling to say “I love you!” These produce a lot of endorphins in your body, perhaps as much as walking. So, why not start giving surprises.
