Here’s How You Can Make Cocktail Samosas To Pair With Evening Tea

Everyone knows that samosas and tea are the perfect combinations for an evening snack. If one is a fan of the famous delicacy then the combination can brighten up even the dullest of days.

Let us check out an easy recipe for making cocktail samosa.

Ingredients To Make Cocktail Samosas:

All-Purpose Flour: 1 Cup

Wheat Flour: 1 Cup

Sugar Powder: 1 Cup

Salt to taste

Oil

Sugar Powder: 1 Cup

Coriander Seeds

Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon

Finely chopped Green Chillies

Onion: 1 (Finely chopped)

Green Peas: 1/2 cup

Red Chilli Powder: 1 Teaspoon

Mango Powder: 1 Teaspoon

Potato: 500gms (boiled)

Recipe to make Cocktail Samosaat home:

First, take equal amounts of all-purpose flour and wheat flour in a bowl and add sugar powder, salt, oil, and water. Knead this combination softly and cover it for 30 minutes. Now heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds to the oil and stir.

Then, add a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add green chillies and onion and then cook well. Now, add green peas and let them cook for 5 minutes. Add red chilly powder and mango powder, salt and mix.

Add boiled potato to the mixture after mashing it well. Then, add garam masala and coriander. Now, make some balls from the dough which you kneaded before. Now roll it like a roti, then cut it all over the side, then heat it on both sides on a griddle.

Add 2 teaspoons of flour and one teaspoon of water and prepare a thick paste. Then, place the prepared potato mixture on the dough sheet and fold it into triangles.

Apply a prepared paste to close their edges completely and close all corners. Lastly, add oil to the pan and fry these samosas until brown. Your cocktail samosas are ready, enjoy them with nice mint chutney.
