Sleeping is the best relaxation a human body could have in their lifetime. But the major issue is that in this modern world, people would never sleep as early as possible.
It is always good to sleep early and wake up early in the morning. At present days, people would go to bed but never fall asleep. It might be due to the stress or the unpleasant things that people heard before the sleep. It is advisable that people should remember the pleasant incidents that happened on the day or may be years or months before. When you remember the pleasant incidents of your life, you will fall asleep peacefully as soon as you go to bed.

Steps to fall asleep in two minutes:
1. Do not close your face with bed sheet which would never allow the air to get in. Instead, leave your face unclosed and feel the common air at night on your face, which would give the relax sleep.
2. Relax your muscles which you feel you have given much stress on it. It may be your cheeks or forehead or thighs or any other part of muscles. It is always advisable to sleep in the relaxed position.
3. Leave your hands in a relaxed manner without folding it tight while you are going to bed, it will give the same relaxation on the muscles of the hands.
4. In the same manner, leave your legs in the relaxed position and do not hold it tight together. So that the thigh muscles will be relaxed and induce the sleeping as fast as it can.
5. Now imagine that you are under the sky with stars filled and it is said that people would sleep by imagining the stars above the sky. It may be due to this reason that people use to gum the stickers of the galaxy, stars, moon and other stickers in their bed room. So that the children would also fall asleep.
6. Even if you are traveling in bus, train or any other mode of transport, try to follow any of these steps or all you could fall asleep as soon as possible.
7. And do not drink coffee before you go to bed. The caffeine content would never allow the person to sleep.
8. And the foremost thing is that do not use mobile phones on bed with lights off. It would stress the eyes and gives irritation. So, do not use mobile phones before sleep it is bad for health. And this is the much needed advice for the youngsters who scroll their mobile at night time.
By following these simple methods, you could fall asleep in just two minutes and you can have feel the refreshment in the next morning.
