Ingredients needed for Banana Pancake:
All-purpose Flour- 1 cup
Sugar- 4 teaspoons
Baking Powder- ½ teaspoon
Salt- according to taste
Egg- 1
Milk- One and a half cups
Oil- Around 25 ml (according to preference)
Mashed Banana
Vanilla essence- ½ teaspoon
Honey- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 1 teaspoon
How to make Banana Pancake:
Step 1: In a bowl, break the egg and beat it well. Add butter, honey, and vanilla essence to it.
Step 2: Mix it thoroughly and then add the mashed banana. Mix the mashed banana well.
Step 3: Now take the all-purpose flour and mix baking powder into it. Then gradually add the liquid mixture to this. While mixing, stir continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.
Step 4: Stir the mixture well and add milk to it. Stir it well until the batter becomes smooth.
Step 5: Heat a pan and pour around ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Leave it for sometime until the one side gets cooked nicely.
Step 6: Then flip the pancake and cook until both sides turn golden brown.
