Recipe for Pizza Paratha
Knead the flour first. To do this, combine the yeast, sugar, oil, and salt; then, knead it with some warm water. Once the flour begins to feel slightly soft to the touch, drizzle it with oil and cover it with a cloth. It can also be stored for one to two hours. In a bowl, combine all the veggies (capsicum, cabbage, corn, cheese, chilli and ginger) and stir. You are done with the filling. Once some time has passed, form the dough into tiny balls. Shape it into a puri. Place the ingredients for the pizza stuffing on top of it, then fold the dough’s edge to seal the top.
Proceed to roll it like you would a paratha. Give these parathas five minutes to settle. Switch on the gas now and leave the pan on to heat. When it’s hot, add a small amount of oil and frisk it till it is golden brown and crispy on both sides. You are done. Savour your morning meal of hot pizza paratha with tomato sauce.
