Papaya

Iron-rich foods
Iron-rich food will help in maintaining energy. Increase the intake of lean meat, poultry, beans, lentils and spinach. It will also help with the proper supply of oxygen throughout your body. Eat tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and pomegranate.
Peanuts
The powerhouse of Vitamin B, peanuts are a great way to keep your blood cells healthy. It is also known to increase the platelet count. You can also have kidney beans and pumpkin seeds in your diet as they also aid in swiffer recovery.
Vitamin-C Rich Fruits
Try to incorporate as much Vitamin C as possible to recover quickly. Vitamin C increases platelet count by absorbing iron. You can eat Kiwi, lemon, orange and grapefruits.
