The winner of this year’s Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Taapsee Pannu remains unstoppable. The actress who bagged big at the Filmfare Awards 2021 for her performance in Thappad, has been working non-stop amidst the pandemic and today she kickstarts a new journey with a new film.
Taapsee Pannu started shooting for Shabaash Mithu, a biopic based on the life of Indian cricketer and champion Mithali Raj. The actress steps into the athlete’s shoes and took to social media to share a glimpse from her first day. In the picture shared by the actress right now we see her in casuals with a cricket-helmet, gloves in her hands and a cricket bat balanced between her arms.
Taapsee looks all prepared to hit the ball out of the park with this one. She has captioned it, “Let’s go…. Day 1 ! #ShabaashMithu #WomenInBlue ðŸÂÂ�¼.” We’re sure that the actress is going to be great in this one because the young lady has been prepping for this role for a long time.
