His bare-body shots flaunts his beefy avatar and his physique which is quite Hulk like. The actor has even posted his workout videos where we see him trying out different exercises.Today E Times gives us a full lowdown on his new fitness regime for his next.
Varun Dhawan is currently working for his next film by Amar Kaushik titled Bhediya. The actor is working hard on his body to make sure he looks super fit. He has posted videos of his rigorous training and him running at a high speed on the roads. Today E Times speaks to his trainer and gets to know that he has been following an animal flow workout. Check out his videos clearly and he mentions his exercise moves as crab-jump, scorpio kicks. His trainer Devrath Vijay, spoke to the portal and said the actor would work out three hours a day with one-and-a-half-hour dedicated to weight training and the rest for the animal flow workout, “Varun needed to look lean in the film and improve his movements, mobility and flexibility. This is where the animal flow workout comes in. I started training Varun in December.”
Speaking more about the animal flow workout, he said, “Here, there is no external weight or equipment involved. The idea is that you mimic a certain animal’s movement pattern, which improves not only your flexibility, but also your mobility and strength. With mere gym training, one’s body tends to get stiff, but since the project required him to be agile, we decide to try this out.”
We can’t wait to watch the new avatar of the hunk on screen.
Varun Dhawan tied the knot in December and soon got to work. He has been working on Bhediya and will also move on to wrap up the shoot of Jug Jugg Jeeyo co-starring Kiara Advani.
