Watermelon
Watermelons have high water content, up to 92 per cent in them. It also contains antioxidants that reduce inflammation in the body and pain. It also contains Vitamin B, C, E, iron, calcium and phosphorous. Either slice it up and eat it raw or juice it or make a sorbet out of it.
Mango
One of the delicious fruits is Mango. It is available in wide varieties across India and is rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals. Hence, it is named the King of Fruits.
