Milk – ½ cup
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp

- First of all, put some milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil to make the turmeric milk.
- Add turmeric powder to it and mix well. Keep stirring while cooking it on medium flame.

- Allow it to cool a bit and then, add palm sugar as per your taste to the lukewarm turmeric milk.
